This time the chosen venue is the Bernardine Garden, where visitors would get out into nature to enjoy all the unique lights installations and, naturally, all the variety of artistic performances such as video clips, flash accessories, costume contests fair, concerts and DJ performances.
The main objective of the event is to bring out the culture from the centre to the suburbs of the city, that is, to make the darkest time of the year lighter and to bring good mood to the people of all Vilnius.
For the kids there will be workshops, dance lessons and other entertainment. The festival’s centrepiece event is expected in the evening, when it is getting dark and there are fire sculptures and light everywhere.
Visitors will also be invited to interactive games and unexpected discoveries. The garden will first act as a movie theatre and then change to a dance floor for all visitors.
During the event, renowned Swedish artists like Dascha Essel and Asa Maria Bengtsson will present their work.
