“I am glad that this year we have an excellent opportunity to introduce one more kind of entertainment to bring joy for the Christmas season in the very city centre. We are grateful to our supporters and organisers, namely, DNB bank, Sveikas Miestas (Healthy City), Vilnius City Public Health Bureau. Besides, this year we will also offer something new – skating lessons for both children and adults. Therefore, we expect really many people wishing to skate and enjoy this skating-rink,” Vilnius Mayor Artūras Zuokas said.
Šarūnas Nedzinskas, member of DNB Board hopes that the skating-rink will become a perfect place for people to gather and communicate. “The biggest present we can give to each other for the coming holidays is simply to be together. Therefore, we invite all Vilnius residents with their families, all city guests, every child and adult to enjoy being together and communicating in the DNB skating-rink, in the very centre of the capital,” he said.
