Baltic PMs to meet in Vilnius to discuss security and energy

It is planned that Latvian Prime Minister Laimdota Straujuma (Unity) will inform her Baltic counterparts on the results of the Latvian EU Presidency during its first three months, as well as what is still being planned for the final months of the Presidency. At the same time, discussions on preparations for the upcoming Eastern Partnership Summit in Riga will also take place, LETA was informed by the communications department of Latvia’s State Chancellery.

The informal weekend meetings of the PM’s of the Baltic States are traditionally held once a year in one of the three Baltic countries.
