Estonian-registered Allegro Baltics controls Diginet LT, the owner of Lithuania’s classifieds sites Aruodas.lt, Edomus.lt, Autogidas.lt and other websites, 15min.lt reported on Tuesday.
The deal, whose worth has not been disclosed, is yet to be approved by the Lithuanian Competition Council.
Eesti Meedia is a shareholder of the Baltic News Service (BNS). It also controls Tvnet.lv in Latvia and Postimees.ee in Estonia.
