Foreign spyware ‘regularly discovered at Lithuanian state-run companies’

“As a matter of fact, we do discover some spyware, although not a lot. I mean spying software owned by foreign states,” Černiauskas said in an interview to Lietuvos Žinios published on Wednesday.

He noted that spyware had been detected in a few state companies.

Černiauskas also said that the government should approve a list of Lithuania’s critical infrastructure in late 2016.

“The government should compile a list of companies that operate and provide services of importance to entire Lithuania,” said the director of the cyber security centre, which was set up in 2015.
