Lithuanian archiving company acquired by US storage giant Iron Mountain

The companies acquired include Lithuania’s Archyvų Sistemos and Confidento, Latvia’s Arhivu Serviss and a branch of Archyvų Sistemos in Estonia reports Verslo Žinios, but the amount paid to acquire the group has not been disclosed.

Iron Mountain, established in 1951, services more than 156,000 organizations in 36 countries helping them store, protect and manage their information.

It is publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is an S&P 500 company and a member of the Fortune 1000 (currently ranked 730). Lithuania’s Archive Systems has around 400 current clients.
