According to the data made available by the Ministry of Agriculture, Lithuania has not made a prepayment for the rent of space at the exhibition Zolotaya Osen, hence its refusal to participate in the fair will cost nothing.
However, Lithuania’s participation in World Food Moscow, which will take place in September, has not been called off and companies are still considering the pros and cons of taking part in the fair in the light of current situation in the market.
Still, the analysts believe that some Lithuanian businesses will take part in this event, even though they will not be able to display any actual samples of their products due to Russia’s restrictions.
