MP Arvydas Anušauskas has registered a draft amendment to the Code of Administrative Offences at the Secretariat of the Seimas Sittings.

Based on the proposal, a drone could be confiscated even if it is not owned by the violator. The proposal would enter into effect starting 1 August 2016 if approved.

At the moment, Lithuanian legislation does not regulate administrative liability for violating UAV operation rules.
