Roivas’ Reform Party received almost 28 percent of the vote in the recent general elections and will have 30 seats in Estonia‘s 101-seat parliament. The incumbent ruling Reform Party beat a pro-Kremlin party amid ongoing tension over Russia’s threat.
Analysts warn, however, it might be difficult to form a ruling coalition in Estonia.
