On Friday, the European Council should give a green light to a new phase of the negotiations after an agreement was reached between London and Brussels last week on the EU exit bill, citizens’ rights and the Irish border.
Great Britain should withdraw from the EU in spring of 2019, a date until it expects to agree with the EU on trade conditions.
