
“We actually didn’t know many things, and it wasn’t just us, many others didn’t know, either. The commission responsible for navigation, an international organization, has not notified the countries in that region about changes in coordinates… I fully agree with our agriculture minister that we should really demand a compensation for losses through our representatives – the European Commission. The ones to blame are those who have failed to provide this information and have misled many people, countries and crews,” Linas Linkevičius said in a radio interview on Thursday.
