The ambassador has received the Commander’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland, the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
Diplomat Eduardas Borisovas will likely replace Adomavičius, who is retiring from the diplomatic service, as Lithuania’s ambassador to Poland on December 3.
