“Lithuania especially values warm bilateral relations with Georgia. I am proud of the close relations between our nations. We are bound by long-lasting history and I believe that our cooperation will only deepen,” said Prime Minister Butkevičius and added that Lithuanians working in Georgia also contribute to enhancing ties and creating well-being.
The prime minister emphasised that professionalism and experience of Lithuanian representatives is valued. “We rejoice the fact that your work, ideas and knowledge are highly valued in Georgia,” said the head of Government.
On Monday, 26 January, Butkevičius is going to meet with President of Georgia Giorgi Margvelashvili and Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili.
