In an article-by-article voting on amendments to the Law on Alcohol Control, the Seimas approved lighter restrictions on alcohol sales during free events, reversing its earlier decision to confine alcohol sales at such events to special zones.
The parliament is yet to hold a final vote on the entire bill.
