Turnover at Lithuania’s major shopping malls grew 10%

Akropolis LT, which operates four shopping malls across Lithuania, reports that its tenants received €540 million in revenue in 2015, according to Verslo Žinios.

This is the first time that shopping malls release the data.

Panorama, a shopping mall in Vilnius, report revenues of €115.6 million in 2015, or 6% more year-on-year. The company expects turnovers of its tenants to grow another 6% this year.

The tenants of Europa shopping mall in Vilnius report turnovers of €30 million, a 9% growth from 2014.

Ozas would not reveal its sales data, but claims turnovers grew 20% between 2013 and 2013. The shopping mall expects a 14% growth this year, says Ozas CEO Inga Navickaitė.

Mega shopping mall in Kaunas says its tenants enjoyed 8% bigger revenues last year.
