Victims of WWI honoured in Lithuania

Deputy Minister of Defence Antanas Valys, representatives of the Lithuanian military, government as well as British Ambassador Claire Lawrence, Canadian Embassy representatives and foreign soldiers deployed in Lithuania participated in commemoration services at the Lutheran church in Vilnius.

On November 11, the Remembrance Day, WWI victims will be honoured with a minute of silence. This date marks the end of WWI in 1918.
