The City of Vilnius is planning to borrow almost €25 million for investment projects this year.
City officials say the money will be used to renovate school buildings and for infrastructural projects like the western bypass.
The total debt of the Lithuanian capital stands at almost €400 million and has grown €7 million over the last year.
