At this stage the team of bankruptcy administrator Gintaras Adomonis also hopes to sell the last of three luxurious apartments in Vilnius Old Town. The starting price for the 104 square metre apartment with a parking spot on Gaono Street is EUR 332,870. Two similar apartments located nearby were already sold last year.

The bankruptcy administrator is also selling other apartments in Vilnius, Druskininkai, Klaipėda and Šiauliai.

Buildings of bank Snoras branches in Alytus, Kaunas, Tauragė, Šiauliai and Mažeikiai will be put up as well. Administrative building in Vilnius’ Žirmūnai district, recreation facilities on Žolyno Street, land near Pilaitės Avenue and Vilnius Western Bypass, hotel in Vingrių Street will be made available too. Buyers will be able to acquire wood processing company in Kelmė District, a café on Basanavičiaus Street in Palanga and other properties as well as dozens of paintings owned by the now defunct bank.

The activities of bank Snoras were suspended on 16 November 2011. The Bank of Lithuania turned to a court on 24 November requesting to initiate bankruptcy proceedings. The bankruptcy case was launched on 7 December 2011.
