The troops from Dnepropetrovsk will undergo rehabilitation at the Military Rehabilitation Centre in the southern resort of Druskininkai.
“We cannot comment on their injuries. Under the existing agreement, 50 participants of the antiterrorist operation will arrive in Lithuania for treatment and rehabilitation this year,” the ministry told BNS.
19 Ukrainian troops have already undergone treatment and rehabilitation in Lithuania this year. Another 30 should be received by the end of the year.
