President of the Conference of Lithuanian University Rectors Petras Barsauskas says that the results shown by Lithuanian higher education establishments send an alarming message. The head of KTU says it is yet another sign that quality and not only quantity has to be taken into consideration. Barsauskas says that there are more objective ratings than QS ranking, but adds that it should not be ignored altogether.
