
Tenants of the building on Žalgirio Street will not receive any heating bills for their offices due to how energy efficient and green the fabric of the building will be.
“Over the last few years we have invested and have improved energy-efficient home construction and we are ready to offer business centres with free heating. These modern open space offices will be extremely attractive to information technology companies, service centres and large enterprises that want to reduce office running costs” said Arvydas Avulis, Hanner chairman.
The building will have single biggest floor space for workers in Lithuania, where 400 people will be able to be accommodated in one floor.Hanner said the new office building will be completed within 18 months.
