Lithuanian tech shop accepts bitcoins

Household appliance and electronics vendor UAB Topo Grupė has started accepting payments in bitcoins in its online shop.

Payment services to Topo Grupė is provided by the company SpectroCoin.

The company says it is the first retail chain in Lithuania to accept bitcoins.

“Payment convenience – one of the key factors when shopping online, and most advanced buyers already have this currency. Due to the requirements dictated by the modern world and by observing the needs of our consumers, we seek to facilitate their everyday life and leisure time,” said Remigijus Štaras, the CEO of Topo Grupė.
