Prior to becoming the deputy minister, Lobacevskytė was advisor to the Seimas speaker, since 2011 – legal advisor to the deputy Seimas speaker. She has worked in the legal area since 2006.
In 2011 she received a Master of Laws degree from Mykolas Romeris University, in 2009 – Bachelor of Laws.
