LOT launches air connection with Palanga in western Lithuania

“LOT responds to the passengers’ needs, and understands that they deserve to have a wide choice of destinations, which they can reach within nearly one hour flight to Warsaw and 30 minutes transfer in Warsaw. Only LOT can offer 30 minutes connecting time for passengers travelling from Palanga to Prague and 35 minutes connecting time for passengers travelling to Vienna,” according to Marcin Celejewski, LOT’s CEO.

“We are really glad to announce this message for Lithuanians, especially for the West part of our country. The new route to our neighbour’s airport will be an amazing opportunity for people to travel to all parts of the world. This is the second new route from Palanga in two weeks and we are really happy for bringing new opportunities to residents, and being ready to welcome the guests from other countries,” says Juratė Baltrusaitytė, CEO of Lithuanian Airports.

LOT will operate flights to Palanga with modern Bombardier Q400 aircrafts six times a week.
