The SBA Group’s Director of Organisation Development is responsible for shaping and implementing the Group’s strategic initiatives related to culture and management transformation and is focused on improving leadership skills and employee experience. All these initiatives will help the Group to achieve its business ambitions.

“My and the team’s main objectives are to turn challenges into opportunities in the current heated labour market and to reinforce the best practices of the organisation. We aim to create an ecosystem across the Group’s companies allowing us to spot talent and develop them as professionals in their field and as well-rounded individuals. By strengthening the Group’s culture, we aim to attract the most talented people from outside and retain them by empowering them to create, take on interesting challenges, and implement unconventional ideas. At the same time, we will focus on preparing for the need for future competencies,” says Grišina.

“In the face of global competition, the digitisation and automation of services for Group companies will remain a priority. Through centralised innovation, we help businesses achieve synergies, utilise data, work more efficiently with fewer resources and achieve more. The number of functions served by SBA CSC is growing steadily, and the volume of centralised processes will only increase – both as the SBA Group grows as a whole and as we increase the share of expertise in our package of services. Therefore, I will focus on people and processes. My goal is an efficient Competence and Service Centre with a clear vision for the future,” points out Paulauskis, the new head of the SBA Competence and Service Centre.

V. Paulauskis has 15 years of experience in IT. In addition, he has eight years of experience in various management positions at Barclay’s Operations Centre in Lithuania and three years as Operations Manager of the IT Services Division.

SBA Group is one of the largest Lithuanian capital business groups. It consists of more than 30 companies operating in real estate, furniture manufacturing, textile manufacturing and investment management. The Group employs around 5 500 people in Lithuania and Belarus. Consolidated sales in 2020 made up EUR 342.5 million.
