Participants in Free Russia Forum held in Lithuania face Russian probe

He said he would like to ask the researchers to legally assess the words of Alfred Koch, Garry Kasparov and Konstantin Borovoy. Shlegel claimed they were talking about external control of Russia and its disintegration and occupation.

Shlegel branded the forum a big circus and expressed regret that it was not broadcast live. Shlegel said he also resented that journalists from the Russian State Television and Radio Company (VGTRK) who were firstly lead out from one of the events during the Forum and then deported from Lithuania.

The third free Russia Forum was held in Trakai district and Vilnius on March 8-10. It was attended by Lithuanian public figures and representatives of the Russian opposition, including Garry Kasparov, Andrey Illarionov, Ilya Ponomarev, Yevgeny Kiseliov, Konstantin Borovoy, Yevgeny Chichvarkin, Alfred Koch, Masha Gessen, Yevgeniya Chirikova.

According to the radio station Voice of America, the participants discussed the possibility of Russia‘s recovering to fully enter into the community of civilized democratic nations.
