Foreigners find Poland’s capital Warsaw cheaper than the Baltic capitals, ranking 180th, while Belarusian capital Minsk was 200th.
In the survey, Mercer compares prices of more than 200 goods and services, including rent of accommodation, food, transport and entertainment.
Governments and international companies are cautious about the Mercer surveys and consider ratings when calculating the posting costs of their employees abroad.
