Sergey Lavrov and John Kerry have brief conversation before EAS

The two diplomats exchanged a couple of words and shook hands.

The Russian and the US delegations are seated side by side at the summit’s session.

Lavrov and Kerry have already met twice this week to discuss the Syrian and Ukrainian settlement.
