Lithuania will make the financial contribution to the British-led fund, which will help enhance the control and command system, said Linkus.

The decision on the roughly 12-million-euro fund was made by leaders of NATO member-states at the summit in Wales on Thursday. The money will go towards improvement of the Ukrainian army’s capacities in the fields of logistics, cyber defence, control and command.
