Gediminas Kirkilas, Andrius Kubilius, Žygimantas Pavilionis and Mindaugas Puidokas will go to Washington with the so-called Marshall plan for Ukraine and will seek political and financial support to the country as it faces Russia’s aggression.

The four members of the Seimas are scheduled to visit Washington on April 26 through 27 together with Hanna Hopko, the head of the Ukrainian parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs.

The lawmakers plan to meet with US politicians and high-ranking officials in Washington before going to Chicago to meet with the local Lithuanian community and emigrants from Poland and Ukraine.
