Estonia’s defence minister: Estonia and Germany have different visions of keeping peace

“The fact that it is politically extremely important for the Germans to stress the NATO-Russia Founding Act from 1997 is no surprise. And it is not surprising that Germany and Estonia have a somewhat different understanding of how to keep the peace and keep crises from escalating,” Mikser said on ETV on Tuesday night, on the eve of the 20 August national holiday.
