Speaking after talks with Bavarian Prime Minister Horst Seehofer, Orban said: “We should establish special partnership relations with countries that we need in order to take control of the situation, for example in Turkey.”

“I also suggest rethinking relations with Russia,” he said, talking about ways to cope with Europe’s current migration crisis.

Orban stressed that the EU should seek relations of “special partnership” with such countries as Russia and Turkey to jointly respond to the influx of refugees.
